2. Digital Products

 

Due to the nature of digital products, downloads, software, templates, and other digital content are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by law.

 

3. Subscription Services

 

If Pallodex offers subscription-based services:

• Customers may cancel future renewals at any time.

• Cancellation does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund for the current billing period.
